We currently deliver within selected nearby locations based on distance from our restaurant.
If your address falls outside our service area, the order may not be accepted or you may be asked to place a pickup order instead.


2. Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time is typically 30–60 minutes depending on distance and order volume.

  • During peak hours, weekends, or holidays, delivery may take longer.

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Order Processing

All orders are prepared fresh after confirmation. Preparation usually begins immediately, so cancellation may not be possible once cooking starts.


4. Delivery Charges

Delivery fees (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before payment confirmation.
Charges may vary based on distance or promotional offers.


5. Pickup Orders

Customers choosing pickup should arrive at the selected time to ensure the best food quality.
We are not responsible for reduced quality if food is collected late.


6. Failed Deliveries

Delivery may fail if:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address is provided

  • Customer is unreachable

  • No one is available to receive the order

In such cases, the order may be cancelled and a refund may not be applicable.

If you receive the wrong or damaged order, please contact us immediately so we can assist you. Claims should be made shortly after receiving the order.
