Cancellation Policy

At Mason Pizzeria & Grill, every order is prepared fresh as soon as it is confirmed. Because food preparation begins quickly, cancellations are handled based on the order status at the time of request.


1. Before Preparation

Orders can be cancelled if the request is made before the kitchen starts preparing the food.
If approved, a full refund will be issued using the original payment method.


2. After Preparation Begins

Once food preparation has started, cancellations may not be possible because ingredients and kitchen time have already been used. In such cases, refunds cannot be guaranteed.


3. Delivery Orders

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
After the delivery driver has been assigned or the order is out for delivery, cancellation may not be accepted.


4. Pickup Orders

Customers may cancel pickup orders before preparation begins.
If the order is ready and not collected, it may be treated as completed and not eligible for cancellation or refund.


5. Refund Processing

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
